- Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery in case of Manufacturing Defects in Products.
- If you have any problems with your order, please notify us through email - email@example.com within duration of 7 days from delivery of shipment of any defective product. Do not forget to mention order id while mailing to us.
- Return Shipping Charges will be paid by buyer on exchanges and returns. Upon verification of a defect with the product, we will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us.
- In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.

- To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos and videos(if require) of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.
- Once your returns is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Bank account, wallet or original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days at the discretion of the Techtonics.

- In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Changing or Canceling An Order:
- Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only - email@example.com ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it.
- Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Processing” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.
